How Dendy Consulting collects and uses your information, in plain English.
Dendy Consulting LLC ("we") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you book: bookings and payments are handled by Square Appointments on Square's own site. Square's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
- When you take the quiz: your answers stay in your browser (they are kept only until you close the tab). If you choose to send your result, we receive your first name (optional), your email address, your answers, your result and whether you ticked "Send me tips and updates".
- Website statistics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It may use cookies. We do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to receive the quiz result you chose to send.
- To send tips and updates only if you ticked the box. Every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Quiz results you send are stored with our website host (Cloudflare) and may be copied to a private spreadsheet and, if you opted in, to our email newsletter service. We keep this information only as long as we need it for these purposes.
Your choices
You can use the quiz without giving an email address. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing marvin@dendyconsulting.com. You can unsubscribe from tips and updates at any time.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page.
