Bring your usual phone, tablet or computer if possible, and one task you would like to make easier. Keep your passwords private and under your control.
Can I learn remotely?
Yes. Remote lessons are by video on Google Meet, so you can share your screen and Marvin can guide you on your own device. Your free consultation can be by phone or video. Your confirmation email includes your Google Meet link and simple joining steps.
Do you offer in-person lessons?
Yes. In-person visits add $100 in Queens or $175 elsewhere in New York City. Fees apply per visit. Outside NYC, including engagements requiring flights, please request a custom quote. Your total is confirmed before booking.
What if I've never joined a video call or shared my screen?
That's okay. Book a free phone consultation first and Marvin will help you get ready, or choose an in-person lesson.
Can you teach our residents or team?
Yes. Use the Request a Workshop / Travel Quote form to share your group size, learning goals and preferred dates. Marvin will discuss the format and provide a clear quote.
What happens after my free consultation?
Marvin recommends a suitable next step. You decide whether to book a lesson or request a workshop quote. There is no obligation to continue.
How do I pay, and what if I need to reschedule?
Lessons are paid securely by card when you book. Workshops, the AI Confidence Series and travel engagements are invoiced. To reschedule or cancel, reply to your confirmation email. See Booking terms.
